Meet the Team

We bring 20 years of experience around the globe. Through experiential learning using positive organizational strategies, together with theatre skills, Lionswell partners with both corporate and not-for-profit organizations to increase capacity, build resilience, create flourishing systems and successful outcomes at the micro and macro-levels. We provide evidence-based experiential learning, coaching for human growth, and we design processes for and with your people.

  • Co-Founder

    Presence, Leadership, Communications Coach

    Conrad trained at RADA as an actor after working in banking in the City. He has used his formal theatre training skills in business for 20 years, offering an holistic communications approach through somatic body, breath and voice techniques. He has worked with global corporations in the public and private sector, internationally and in the UK.

    Positive Organization Strategist

    Jenny served as an Executive Director for two different nonprofit history museums in the United States. She now works as a nonprofit organisational strategist, partnering with agencies of all kinds from public health to social services, arts and education.
